Interceptor 1971 GP225
Interceptor was so named because way back in the late 70’s early 80’s, when i began dreaming about scooters. Interceptor was my C.B Handle (1.9.for a copy, and all that) It was picked it from the admiration I had of the JENSEN Interceptor, which for me as a car loving kid, was out of this world and by far the dream car for me.
I was later also inspired when Mad Max came out and his car was also called Interceptor.
Years Later when I was doing a complete rebuild on my GP after a shed fire…….Interceptor “she” became.
Until the rebuild it had always been a she (Betsy)
now its an “IT” And deffo a male.
Interceptor a GP150 1971 import with a few modifications and a lifetime of doctoring, this machine has been with me since 2001 and is all me.
