Pennywise was airbrushed by Gatch and is a part of the toxic scooter range that he has created. The very distinctive custom seat that you see was made by Zak Rathbone from Willenhall.
Garry (Gazza) himself will admit his scooters are like Marmite and the purists wont like them, but…..

Scooter frame was up for sale no engine and in need of rescue .
What Inspired you or attracted you to this scooter?
Like horror ,and the theme was perfect for my tastes
How do you typically use your scooter?
Pleasure only . Ridden not hidden

Just keep her on the road and show her off whenever I can.

How did you get into scooters?
Brother bought one in the 80s which he gave to me.
What do you find to be the most challenging aspect of owning a scooter?
The cost of keeping 4 on the road isn’t cheap when things break
Do you have any advice for someone who is considering restoring a vintage scooter?
Take your time but ultimately get it done and get it ridden. Custom items take time so don’t expect bling to just magically appear.
Best resources for scooter parts and information?
Scooter clubs and forums , I’m a member of several clubs and most items I buy are old stock .
Paul Jamo Jamieson has been a star for getting my scouts fixed up .
What do you find to be the most rewarding aspect of owning a scooter?
The best mates ever ..the ones who look after each other on ride outs who stop to help if you are having issues . Dave 66 Mod is my scooter Dad and simply the nicest person I know.
How Many Scooters is enough?
Silly question, 4 for now but depends on how greedy you are and if you can afford multiple go for it.
What is your fondest event or memory of riding your scooter?
Rhyl rally 1987 where my now Wife attended a week late missing the rally and got to meet me and my scoot ,we were together for a while but we went out separate ways, then it took 32 years to get back together in 2019 and we got married Sept 2022. Happy man now.
What are some of the things you hope to see happen with scootering?
Younger people get the passion of being on two wheels, government waging war on motorists is killing the scene.
What are some of the best places to ride a vintage scooter?
Anywhere along the coast as they’re not built for speed.
What do you most enjoy about your scooter?
The attention she gets ,but ultimately the ride position, like the sit up and beg extended forks.
How do you see as the future going with regards to scooters?
Ride until I can’t anymore
A story, tale, event or joke.
I ride to Coventry from North Wales to be with my Now Wife , I had little money , no decent protective clothing, crap gloves , the day I eventually rode back was freezing. Moral of the story , use the gear available you crazy fool.
